Stray dogs and cats are everywhere in Thailand. Many open air restaurants and cafes have cats lounging inside, so it's no biggie to enjoy your curry or noodles with a cat at your feet. A lot of shop owners bring their pets to work with them too. We passed that dress shop nearly every day, and that little dog was always at the window ready to greet people.
